Dad’s Swiss Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Top round steak or london broil
  • 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Can Stewed tomato (italian herb flavor)
  • 1 Can Beef broth

Preparation

Step 1

Step One

Place steak in bottom of slow cooker

Step Two

Mix all other ingredients together in a small bowl and pour over meat.

Step Three

Cover and cook on for six to eight hours on LOW.

Step Four

I serve over white rice and a side of green beans, just like my dad liked it!
