Easy Thai Peanut Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch (9 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy roasted garlic with chicken stock cooking sauce
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dry-roasted peanuts
  • Cooked white rice

Preparation

Step 1

1 MIX cooking sauce, peanut butter and soy sauce in medium bowl until smooth; set aside.

2 BROWN chicken in 1 T. oil 8 minutes, turning once.

3 STIR in sauce mixture; heat until fully cooked (at least 165°F).

4 SPRINKLE with peanuts. Serve with rice.
Serve with green beans.

Top chicken with chopped green onions.
