  • 1 tablespoon chipotle or ancho chile powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

In a small bowl or cup, combine all ingredients; rub into meat and marinate for not more than 2 hours at room temperature.
