Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 2 cups large elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1 soup can chicken broth
  • 1 small onion, copped
  • 1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 pound grated Cheddar cheese (save some for
  • topping)
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except chips. Put in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle reserved cheese and potato chips on top.

Cover with foil. Refreigerate overnight.

Bake uncoved for 1 1/2 fours at 350 degrees.
