Ingredients

    cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey

  • 2

    cups large elbow macaroni, uncooked

  • 1

    (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1

    (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup

  • 1

    soup can milk

  • 1

    soup can chicken broth

  • 1

    small onion, copped

  • 1

    (8 oz) can water chestnuts, sliced

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 1/2

    pound grated Cheddar cheese (save some for

  • topping)

  • 1

    cup crushed potato chips

Directions

Mix all ingredients except chips. Put in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle reserved cheese and potato chips on top. Cover with foil. Refreigerate overnight. Bake uncoved for 1 1/2 fours at 350 degrees.
