Cherry Ice
1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
1/3 Cup Honey
2 Tab Lemon Juice -- Freshy Squeezed
2 Cups Cherries -- Pitted
Whisk together wine, honey, and lemon juice until combined. Set Aside
Place cherries in a bowl of food processor. pulse until finely chopped. Transfer to bowl with liquids - stir until combined. Pour into a shallow metal pan and freeze. Stir with fork every 10 minutes until mixture is slushy and partially solidified, about 35 minutes. Spoon into cups and garnish with whole cherries.
