Ingredients
- 5 lb bag of red potatoes
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 small yellow onion diced
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- few dollops of mayo (don't put mayo on hot potatoes)
- couple dollops of sour cream
- squirt mustard (reg mustard)

Preparation
Step 1
1) Scrub potatoes, place into pot and cover with water and salt.
2) Cover and bring to a boil till fork tender.
3) Drain
4) Run cold water on potatoes and skin will peel right off
5) Quarter the potatoes and put in mixing bowl
6) Chop celery, onion, salt & pepper
mix
7) then add mayo, sour cream, mustard
mix
refrigerate immediately
