Ingredients

  • 1 (10oz) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained.
  • 1/2 # Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs.
  • 3 crispy cooked bacon slices, crumbled
  • 2 (8oz) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Combine spinach, Velveeta cubes, bread crumbs and bacon in 1 1/2 qt. saucepan.

Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until Velveeta melts.

Unroll dough; spearate into 16 triangles.

Cut each in half lengthwise, forming 32 triangles.

Spread each triangle with approximately 1 teaspoon of mixture.

Roll up, starting at wide end.

Place on greased cookie sheets.

Bake at 375 for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
