Ingredients
- Chipotle Sauce:
- 1/2 lb chorizo sausage
- 1 medium white onion, sliced
- chipotle sauce
- 5 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can chipotles in adobo
- 2 cups chicken stock
- juice of 1/2 an orange
Preparation
Step 1
Saute chorizo in large pot with onion until lightly browned. Add chipotle sauce, cabbage, and chicken. Simmer for 3 hours. Serve on corn tortillas with a slice of avocado and additional chipotle sauce.
