1001 Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 cups - Domino® Sugar 1001 Cookie Starter Mix
• 1/4 cup - Domino® Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
• 3/4 cup - peanut butter
• 1 - large egg, lightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease cookie sheets.

Mix together in large bowl all ingredients. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in flour.

Bake about 14 minutes.

Makes about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
