Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp.Kraft Signature Classic Herb Dressing
  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg.Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3/4 cup grated Cracker Barrel Extra Old Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme

Preparation

Step 1

PLACE 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a large shallow baking dish and brush with 2 Tbsp. Kraft Classic Herb Dressing.

ADD 2 cups each thinly sliced carrots and mushrooms. Spread 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) cream of chicken soup over top.

MIX 1 pkg. dry Stove Top Stuffing for Chicken with 1 cup hot water until moistened. Spoon around the outer edges of the casserole.

TOP centre of casserole with 3/4 cup grated Cracker Barrel Extra Old Cheddar Cheese and sprinkle with 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 40 min.
