Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Canola Oil
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- Dash of freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup blanched almonds
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 350.
Combine the first 8 ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at High for 30 seconds, stir until blended. Add nuts to sugar misture and tos to coat.
Spread nuts evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 15 min or until golden brown. Cool.
