- 1 BUNCH ASPARAGUS, CLEANED, TRIMMED, & SLICED INTO 1”
- PIECES.
- 1 SMALL CONTAINER MASCARPONE CHEESE
- 1 SMALL ONION, DICED
- 1 BOX MUSHROOMS, WIPED AND SLICED
- 3/4 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
- BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
- 3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
- 3/4-1 CUP CHICKEN STOCK

Step 1
COOK BOWTIES ACCORDING TO PACKAGE.
IN LARGE SKILLET, SAUTE ONION, MUSHROOMS UNTIL TENDER. ADD ASPARAGUS. COOK UNTIL AL DENTE.
SEASON WITH BLACK PEPPER. WHEN PASTA IS DONE, DRAIN. TOSS WITH ONION MIXTURE, MASCARPONE AND PARMESAN CHEESE. MIX WELL
ADD CHICKEN STOCK IF MORE LIQUID IS NEEDED. SERVE AND ENJOY
