Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) block of cream cheese
- 16 oz Daisy sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 jalepeno pepper diced
- Cilantro finely chopped
- 1 tomato diced
- 1 (8oz) package of taco blend shredded cheese
- Tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
With mixer, blend cream cheese and sour cream until well blended.
Stir or mix in taco seasoning.
Stir in diced jalepeno or serrano pepper.
Stir in finely chopped cilantro.
Place mixture into a dish or pan (9x13 or pie pan)
Evenly disperse shredded cheese over mixture
Diced tomato on top of cheese
Serve with tortilla chips
