Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fjord Seafood Atlantic salmon fillet
  • Olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, crushed
  • I tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Preparation

Step 1

Place a sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet.

Place salmon on the foil. Pour a small amount of olive oil over the salmon-just enough to cover the whole surface.

Spread crushed garlic cloves over the top. Sprinkle with dill.

Fold aluminum foil over the salmon, seal and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Place salmon in the oven, either opening the foil or, if you prefer a moister texture, leaving it sealed. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked to taste.

Makes 2-3 servings.
