Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken
  • broth
  • 2 cans (14-1/2 oz.) chili-ready diced tomatoes,
  • undrained or 2 cans tomatoe sauce
  • 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2-1/2 lb. pulled pork
  • 1 pkg. shredded chedder cheese
  • 1-1/4 cup sour cream

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except meat, cheese and sour cream in slow cooker. Add meat, cover with lid. Cook on LOW 10-12 hours.

Spoon into bowls; top with cheese and sour cream.
