Ingredients
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken
- broth
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz.) chili-ready diced tomatoes,
- undrained or 2 cans tomatoe sauce
- 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1 large onion
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2-1/2 lb. pulled pork
- 1 pkg. shredded chedder cheese
- 1-1/4 cup sour cream

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except meat, cheese and sour cream in slow cooker. Add meat, cover with lid. Cook on LOW 10-12 hours.
Spoon into bowls; top with cheese and sour cream.
