- 1 LB CREAM CHEESE
- 1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
- 4 EGGS
- 1 PT. SOUR CREAM
- JUICE OF 1/2 LEMON
- 1 TEAS VANILLA
- 3 TABLES. CORNSTARCH
- 3 TABLES. FOUR
- 1/2 LB SWEET BUTTER MELTED & COOLED

Step 1
CREAM COTTAGE & CREAM CHEESE TOGETHER FOR 10 MINUTES.
ADD SUGAR SLOWLY. BEAT AT LOW SPEED & ADD 4 EGGS. BEAT WELL.
ADD LEMON JUICE, VANILLA, CORNSTARCH, FLOUR. BEAT MODERATELY. ADD MELTED, COLDED SWEET BUTTER. MIX WELL. FOLD IN SOUR CREAM.
BAKE 325 IN GREASED PAN FOR 1 HOUR. COOL IN OVEN FOR 2 HOURS.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR DURING BAKING & COOLING.
