Firecracker Grilled Pork Chops

Make a celebration out of your meal! Add fire to your grill with these fircracker pork chops. Seasoned with a blend of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, chili flakes, ginger and more, this recipe is sure to bring sizzle to you summer grilling.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp. red chili flakes
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tsp. dark brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Marinade:
In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients,
except water and cornstarch, until well-blended.
Place thawed pork chops into a shallow glass dish.
Pour marinade over pork chops. Cover dish and
refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
Remove pork chops from marinade, reservinng
marinade. Grill pork chops directly on greased
cooking grate over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes,
turning once halfway through grilling time.
Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix water with cornstarch until smooth
Set aside.
Pour reserved marinade into a small sauce pan. Heat
over high heat until boiling. Reduce heat to medium
and add dissolved cornstarch, stirring frequently
until marinade returns to a boil.
Serve sauce over pork chops.
