Ingredients
- 2 Cups S.R. Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp Torani Belgian Cookie Dough Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips (or chunks)
- 1 Tbsp Sea Salt
- Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients well, with a wire whisk.
Melt a couple of pats of butter in a large skillet, over med hi heat.
Using an ice cream scoop drop the batter into the pan.
Cook until you see tiny bubbles forming in the batter.
Flip the pancake.
Cook for an additional minute or two, until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite syrup.
