Ingredients
- Belgian Waffles:
- 2 c flour
- 1-1/4 c milk
- 3/4 stick melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 T sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 c flour

- 3/4 stick melted butter

- 2 T sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together. Seperate egg yolks from whites and whisk into dry ingredients along with milk until batter has a uniform (not lumpy) consistency. Add melted butter to batter. Whisk egg whites till stiff and mix into batter. Preheat waffle iron over medium heat, spray with oil and pour batter into one side of iron. Cook for about 3 minutes each side.
