Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs of stew meat
  • 1 T EVOO
  • 1 (32 oz) bag of frozen peas/carrots/green beans
  • 1 (15oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 (14.5oz) diced tomato-Italian style
  • 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
  • 1 celery rib, chopped
  • 1 medium onion,chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves,minced
  • 1/2 Cup ketchup
  • 1 large chicken bullion
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook meat in oil 6 minutes. Cut into bite size pieces.

Stir in vegges and all ingredients.

Add 1 1/2 quart of water.

Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer an hour.
