Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs of stew meat
- 1 T EVOO
- 1 (32 oz) bag of frozen peas/carrots/green beans
- 1 (15oz) tomato sauce
- 1 (14.5oz) diced tomato-Italian style
- 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1 medium onion,chopped
- 2 garlic cloves,minced
- 1/2 Cup ketchup
- 1 large chicken bullion
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Cook meat in oil 6 minutes. Cut into bite size pieces.
Stir in vegges and all ingredients.
Add 1 1/2 quart of water.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer an hour.
