Ingredients

  • 10 each garlic cloves, food processor
  • 1 pound rock shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons canola or olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup parsley, food processor
  • 2 large roma tomato, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups penne pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Saute garlic and shrimp in oil
Add lemon juice and wine- cook down a little
Add butter, parsley, tomatoes - salt and pepper to taste
Add pasta and parmesan cheese
Serve Immediately
