Ingredients
- 1 pkg cherry tomatoes, rinsed
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- chopped fresh basil (or dried)
- 12 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained

Step 1
Mix tomatoes with mozzarella. Combine oil and vinegar and pour over tomatoes. Add basil; toss in the pasta.
