Ingredients

  • 24 small wonton wrappers
  • 2 jars (6.25 oz) marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup sliced ripe pitted olives
  • 1/4 freshly grated Pamesan
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Press wontons into mini tart pan using tart shaper
3.Drain artichokes and pat dry with paper towel. Chop
4. Combine chopped vegetables, olivescheese, garlic and mayonnaise.
5. Fill prepared cups with artichoke mixturer using small stainless steel scoop
6. Bake 12-14 mins. Let cool in pan 2 min. Serve warm
