Use mini tart shells

Ingredients

  • 1 cup zucchini choped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms chopped
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon chopped - or bacon bits
  • 1 garlic clove pressed
  • 1/4 cup green onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Dash black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375.Put 24 shells into mini tart pan.
2. Whisk milk and eggs in bowl. Add vegetables and remaining ingredients. Fill each muffin cup with approximately 1 tbsp of filling.
3. Bake 15-18 mins. or until puffed and lightly browned. Cool in pan 2 mins. Serve warm.

To make 9" family quich, double all ingredients except use 3 eggs. Bake 35-40 mins. until knmife comes out clean.
