Salisbury Steak

Ingredients

• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/3 cup bread crumbs
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1/4 can of soup with meat, eat and breadcrumbs
shape into patties - brown in pan - remove from pan
mix the rest of soup, 1 can water and onion soup mix
return patties to pan
bring to boil
simmer on low 30 minutes covered
