Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
  • 4 T margarine
  • 1 T Worcestershire
  • black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz sour cream

Step 1

Heat margarine in skillet. Add mushrooms a few at a time. Cook, stirring as little as possible, until mushrooms are nicely browned.

Add Worcestershire and pepper. Stir in sour cream and continue cooking until sour cream is cooked away and mushrooms are coated.
