Down Under BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 vegetable broth
  • 1 cup orange or white puree
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tsp chili powder
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together all ingredients except chili powder, hot sauce, and pepper.

Add chili powder, hot sauce, and freshly ground pepper to taste. Thin with more vegetable broth, if desired. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
