Ingredients

  • 1 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1 cucumber - peeled and diced
  • 1 lb boneless beef short ribs - cut into thin
  • strips
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 package pita bread
  • 1 tomato - chopped
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 1/2 onion - thinly sliced
  • 1/2 4-ounce package crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

Preparation

Step 1

1) In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing and cucumber; set aside. Season beef strips generously
with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, brown beef and saute onions in oil over medium heat.
2) Warm pitas according to package. Cut pitas in half and open into pockets. Fill pockets with steak,
tomato, onions, olives, feta cheese, lettuce, and cucumber mixture.
