Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • dash salt
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 2 (6oz. jar) junior carrots baby food
  • 4 eggs
  • Cream cheese icing

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add oil, carrots and eggs one at a time. Beat well on medium. Bake in 3 9 inch layers at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
