Ingredients
- FROSTING INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (18 1/4 oz) package chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry fruit filling
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Step 1
Combine cake mix, eggs, and cherry fruit filling. Mix until well blended.
Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degree for 35-40 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
FROSTING:
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook one minute.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate pieces until melted and smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
