Ingredients
- 5 Lbs Potatoes, boiled and peeled and drained
- 1 stick butter
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 T sour cream
- Little milk
Preparation
Step 1
After potatoes are cooked, mash
Add butter, cream cheese and sour cream and milk if needed. Mix well
Put in casserole dish and dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees covered
