Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck beef
  • 1 to 2 eggs
  • 2-3 pcs of crumbled bread (or bread crumbs)
  • 4 shakes of salt
  • 10 shakes of pepper
  • few shakes onion powder
  • 1-1/2 TBS oregano
  • 1 garlic clove
  • parsley
  • few shakes seasoning salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh parm
  • 1-2 spoonfuls campbells cream of chicken soup for baking (opt)

Preparation

Step 1

1) Roll into balls
2) Bake at 425 for 10 min (less if you like rare or medium)
3) Simmer in sauce for 30 min (covered)
