Ingredients
- 1 . 16 oz fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 . 2 cups water
- 3 . 1/2-1 cup sugar
- 4 . 6-7 allspice whole
- 5 . 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 . 2-3 whole cloves
- 7 . 1 piece mace whole
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place cranberries, water, sugar and cinnamon stick
in sauce pan
2. Place allspice, cloves and mace in tea ball or cloth bag
add to sauce pan
3. Cook over medium low heat until carnberries pop
and have turned to thick sauce, approc 10-15
minutes
4. Remove spices before serving
