Pumpkin Cheese Cake (Best)

This cheesecake looks so professional when you cover with Caramel Icing and top with toasted whole pecans in a pattern on top or just do casual with a drizzle and whipped cream.

  • cup graham or chocolate crumbs

  • 2

    tbsp sugar

  • cup butter

  • cups canned pumpkin

  • ¼

    cup brown sugar

  • ½

    tsp cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger

  • 3

    pkgs cream cheese (250 grams)

  • 1

    can Eagle condensed milk

  • 3

    Eggs (beaten)


Combine first three ingredients and press into 9 inch springform pan. Whisk together pumpkin, sugar and spices. Beat eggs separately. Cream cheese, then add milk, eggs and pumpkin mixture. Pour over crust and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool. Garnish with Caramel Icing.
