Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Lime juice
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 1/2 lb Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, sliced in strips
- 3 small Zucchini, julienned
- 2 small Yellow summer squash, julienned
- 2 medium Green peppers, julienned
- 2 medium Red pepper, julienned
- 12 Flour tortillas, warmed

Preparation
Step 1
-In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients; divide the mixture into two large resealable bags. put chicken in one and veggies in the other. Seal bag s and turn to coat and refrigerate for 2-4 hours, turning bags occasionally.
-Drain and discard marinade from both bags, in a large skillet saute chicken till no longer pink spoon into tortillas and serve.
