Position broiler rack so that veggies are 4inches from heat source. Preheat broiler. Arrange veggies in batches if necessary, broil turning once until tender 2-7 mins per side.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bottled oil-vinegar salad dressing
- 1 1/4 tsp Ground ancho chile pepper or chili powder
- 3/4 tsp Ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 lb Zucchini, sliced lengthwise
- 3 Red, orange or yellow peppers, trimmed
- 1 Sweet onion, wedged
- 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped (optional)

Step 1
-Prepare grill for direct-heat cooking. Combine salad dressing, chile, cumin and salt. Reserve 2tbsp. Brush Zucchini, peppers and onion with remaining sald dressing.
-Arrange veggies in single layer on grill. Cover;cook, turning once until tender and browned, 2-3 mins per side for zucchini, 6-7 mins per side for peppers and onions. Cut peppers lengthwise strips. Arrange veggies on platter drizzle with reserved dressing sprinkle with cilantro.
