STRAWBERRY PIE II

Ingredients

  • 1 regular pie crust cooked.
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 T. milk
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 2 pts. fresh strawberries, divided
  • ½ C. sugar
  • 3 T. cornstarch
  • ●Cream the cream cheese and add milk and 1 T. sugar. Spread on crust.
  • ●Put 1 pt. fresh strawberries on top of cream cheese mixture.
  • ●Mix ½ C. sugar, 1 pt. strawberries, and ½ C. water. Bring to a boil. Mash the strawberries with a potato masher and add cornstarch. Cook until clear and pour over strawberries and cream cheese layers.
