Green Tomato Raspberry Jam

  • 11 cups green tomato pulp
  • 2 large packages Raspberry Jello
  • 6 cups sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Grind green tomatoes in a blender and just use the pulp. Combine all ingredients and cook for about 15 minutes. Put in hot jars. Boil covers and seal. Turn upside down overnight on a dish towel.
