CHICKEN One-dish chicken rice

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10oz) Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 /cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cup Chicken, cooked chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Peas, frozen
  • 1/4 cup Green and red pepper
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

-Preheat oven at 350F
-Combine soup,milk,salt,pepper and mayonnaise in a medium bowl set aside.
-In a large bowl combine chicken, onion, peas, peppers and rice, mix gently.
-Fold soup mixture into chicken mixture and add 1/2cup of the cheese.
-grease a casserole dish and add the chicken mix and top with remaining cheese.
-Bake for 25 mins or until top is golden brown.
