Sweet and Sour sauce

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. cornstarch
• 1 TBP oil
• 2 TBP Ketchup
• 1 TBP water

Preparation

Step 1

1st- Mix vinegar, sugar, salt and cornstarch

2nd- cook oil in saucepan when warm add ketchup and water.

3rd- add vinegar mixture to ketchup mixture stir til thickens
