• 1 Italian sausage fry whole
• 1 Onion, chopped
• 1 tsp Garlic, minced
• 1 Green pepper, chopped
• 2 Carrots, chopped
• 1 red pepper, chopped
• 2 Zucchini, chopped
• 1 jar of pasta sauce
• enough pasta for family

Preparation

Step 1

-in a medium frying pan fry all ingredients until tender and cooked.
Boil pasta, mix mix all ingredients into casserole dish sprinkle italian seasoning and parmesan and bake at 350F for 30 mins.
