Ingredients
- 2 cups (1 can) pumpkin
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda dissolved in 2 tsp. milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups (1 large pkg) chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix and drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
They are moist and freeze well. They puff up, but do not spread out when they bake.
