Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken cutlets
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6-8 garlic cloves
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/3 cup balsamic
- pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil, dredge chicken in flour, saute 2-3 minutes. Add garlic, on top. Turn chicken cook on other side. Add stock, vinegar, pepper. Cook 5 minutes until tender.
Remove chicken, add starch to sauce. Pour sauce over chicken.
