VEG. Cream of broccoli soup

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 2 cup Onions, diced
  • 2 cup Celery, diced
  • 8 cup Broccoli cuts
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 12 quartz Chicken stock
  • 4 cup Warm milk
  • 4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

-In a large pan saute onions and celery in the margarine, Set aside.
-In a large pot add chicken stock and broccoli and bring to a boil until broccoli is tender then reduce heat and slowly stir in flour, when thick and well blended add the onion mixture and milk, let simmer for 15 mins and then add cheeses and let cook till cheeses melts and is well blended.
