    . 1 16 oz can fire roasted tomatoes with chipolte

    2 tbs capers (optional)

Directions

1. Heat oil in large skillet. 2. Add onions, garlic saute for 3-4 ". 3. Add tomatoes, bring to boil add bell peppers stir 4. Add salt & pepper, oregano, bay leaves, olives, 5. Cover, reduce to low heat until bell peppers soften 6. Add shrimp, cover heat until shrimps are cooked.
