Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients

• 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
• 2 Pints Blueberries
• 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
• 2 Tablespoons Sugar
• 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
• 1/4 Cup Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Wash the Blueberries.
Combine the Blueberries, Lemon Juice, Sugar, and Cornstarch, place in Buttered glass dish.
Heat in oven while preparing the Yellow Cake Mix.
Prepare the Cake Mix according to the box.
Pour Cake mix over heated Blueberries.
Bake according to the directions on the Cake box.
