Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 med red onion, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cut into 1/2" pieces
- Pine nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Toss brussels sprouts with all ingredients. Spread mixture in an even layer on a greased baking sheet. Roast in the oven at 400 deg for 40 min (or until bacon reaches safe internal temp of 145 deg), tossing halfway through cooking. Top with pine nuts and serve warm.
